- Oversee the administration, operations, and management of the Learning Centre
- Responsible for the growth and overall profitability of the Learning Centre (sales and marketing)
- Lead, direct, and motivate the team to achieve center targets
- Arrange classes schedule
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service quality
- Responsible for maintaining professional standards of the Learning Centre as determined by HQ
Customer Support Officer
- Manage daily operations of the Learning Centre
- Ensure the centre’s growth and profitability
- Schedule classes and manage timetables
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle front desk and administrative tasks
