Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies
• Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores operation on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service
• Analyzing stores sales, operational and generating reports on the daily monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes
• Maintaining relationship & communicating with all area partners. Stay up to date with latest trends in social media and fashion

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experienced at fashion retail min. 2 years
• Max. 35 years old
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Possess outstanding analytical and leadership skills, ability to work in team and individually
