Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territory
- Identify and seek new business opportunities, both through cold outreach and by developing existing leads
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and visits
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions, according to their unique requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement and share market insights
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to superiors
- Build good communication with the company’s business partners
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Fluent in English
- Have a strong network in Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and commercial markets also for alcoholic beverages
- Have a good track record in B2B sales
- Have a proven track record in dealing with distributors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within the assigned territory
