Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territory
  • Identify and seek new business opportunities, both through cold outreach and by developing existing leads
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and visits
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions, according to their unique requirements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent target achievement and share market insights
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to superiors
  • Build good communication with the company’s business partners

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Fluent in English
  • Have a strong network in Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and commercial markets also for alcoholic beverages
  • Have a good track record in B2B sales
  • Have a proven track record in dealing with distributors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within the assigned territory
