Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Supervisor

• Leading team members
• Assisting Restaurant Manager’s Tasks
• Monitoring and Evaluating Staff Performance
• Disciplining Subordinate Staff
• Handling complaints
• Organizing staff duties
• Checking Restaurant Supplies and inventory
• Reporting to superiors
• Ensuring smooth restaurant operations
• Minimizing task errors of each staff member
• Finding solutions to emerging issues
• Acting as a liaison between superiors and subordinates
• Ensuring staff perform their duties accordingly

Cook Helper

• Prepare dishes according to standard recipes
• Responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, general cleaning, inventory, food ingredients and kitchen equipment
• Prepare the required materials according to predetermined standards
• Carrying out daily, weekly and monthly inventory
• Checking raw material inventory
• Help carry out stock taking in the kitchen area at the end of every month.
• Carry out hygiene & safety at work

Waiter

• Greet and serve customers in cafes or restaurants
• Confirm food items match customer orders
• Deliver food orders to customer tables
• Comply with policies, security and customer satisfaction
• Provide invoices and process payments

Syarat Pekerjaan

Supervisor

• Male (maximum 30 years old)
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
  (in management, hospitality, communication, or related fields)
• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor (in food and beverage)
• Ready to work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts and national holidays
• Able to operate a computer
• Familiar with food and beverage SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Possess leadership, management, and communication skills
• Placement in West Jakarta (Citra 8)

Cook Helper

• Male, Maximum age of 35 years old
• Experience as a Cook
• Proficient in Indonesian Cuisine
• Minimum 1 year of experience would be an added value
• High commitment, able to work quickly
• Placement in Kalideres, Jakarta Barat (Citra 8)

Waiter

• Male and female (maximum 28 years old)
• Minimum education (High School)
• Appealing appearance
• Preferably with 1 year of experience as a waiter
• Ready to work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts and national holidays
• Possess good customer service skills
• Honest, agile, and responsible
• Not education-related
• Placement in West Jakarta (Citra 8)
