Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Trainer Technical

  • Deliver technical skills training materials to the audience in a clear, effective, and motivating manner.
  • Evaluate training materials and their effectiveness
  • Make reports on training activities that have been carried out
  • Coordinate with related teams to ensure all training needs are met

IT Infrastucture

  • Set up and configure laptops for new employees
  • Manage deactivation and retrieval of laptops when employees leave
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets (laptops, routers, peripherals)
  • Ensure the company’s Wi-Fi and network systems function smoothly
  • Troubleshoot and fix network connectivity issues
  • Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) if needed
  • Support in maintaining and optimizing company databases
  • Assist in backup, security, and performance monitoring of databases
  • Work with the Data team to ensure database reliability
  • Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware and software issues
  • Install and update necessary software and security patches
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed

Junior Merchandiser

  • The ability to manage inventory, plan product replacements, and track sales data effectively
  • Assisting in managing and monitoring stock levels and ensuring the availability of products
  • Understanding sales data and trends to optimize stock
  • Proven experience in merchandising with a basic understanding of planograms and retail display strategies

Learning Support

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and accessible to all users
  • Assist with the creation, uploading, and management of course materials and content
  • Ensure proper course enrollment and monitor learner progress
  • Collect, analyze, and manage learning data to assess learner performance and system usage
  • Generate reports on training activities, participation, course completion, and user performance
  • Use data to identify trends and provide insights into areas of improvement or success.
  • Support the delivery of training sessions for users on how to navigate and use the LMS

Telemarketing Lead

  • Processing the database to be contacted with the daily basic connecting call with prospect
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote optical products (e.g. eyewear, lenses, also the promotions)
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and provide product information
  • Recall and reminding customer every days for who is customer have a schedule to our store
  • Inviting the customer for in-store visits or consultations with optical specialists
  • Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with existing and prospects customers to close sales or ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
  • Stay updated on the latest optical products and promotions

Procurement Lead

  • Searching for suppliers to develop as potential partners for alternative sources
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
  • Analyzing various ranges of potential supplier or vendor in order to support and decide source selection
  • Generating purchase orders, monitoring, and targeting procurement to be provided in timely need cost – effective and meeting the standard
  • Work closely with vendors, maintaining positive relationships while negotiating specs, pricing, and deadlines
  • Work closely with other related functions in terms of raw materials forecasting need

Warehouse Staff

Inbound & Receiving:

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries of accessories, packaging materials, and tools.
  • Verify shipment details against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
  1. Stock Keeping & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory systems.
  • Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items for easy retrieval.

Outbound & Distribution:

  • Prepare, pick and pack accessories, packaging materials, and tools for outbound orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Assist in loading/unloading goods for delivery.

Logistics & Transportation Support:

  • Drive a motorcycle and car when required for urgent deliveries or stock transfers.
  • Safely transport items between warehouse locations or to external sites.
  • Follow traffic and safety regulations when operating vehicles.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Trainer Technical

  • Diploma Refraction Optician
  • Experience in Optik Industry at least 4+ years experience
  • Have 2  years experiences as Trainer
  • Master in Google Workspace  and Good at Presentation
  • Able to Create and Develop learning modules
  • Good Analyst and Reporting
  • Good Public Speaking and able to bring the training program fun

IT Infrastucture

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management in retail industry
  • Experience with laptop setup and maintenance (Windows/Mac)
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, routers, VPNs)
  • Familiarity with database systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Junior Merchandiser

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, retail management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related role is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of retail trends and customer behavior is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Learning Support

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+  years of experience in LMS administration, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using data management tools like
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve learning outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills to provide user support and facilitate training
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Telemarketing Lead

  • Bachelor’s degree with any major
  • Proven experience in omnichannel, telemarketing, telesales in 3 years (preferably in retail optical field)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and google workspace
  • Willing to learn about optical products and industry standards
  • Target-driven with a positive attitude
  • Excellent Report and Forcasting

Procurement Lead

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics Management, or related field
  • At least have 2 years of experience with the same role (lead) in procurement operations, including experience in supply chain, and contract management (experienced at retail industry are preferred)
  • Understand budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
  • Understand and experience the export or import process well will be plus
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Have analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to manage team and multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Warehouse Staff

  • Male with maximum age of 27 years old
  • Diploma with a major in accounting, financial administration or similar
  • Prior experience in warehousing, inventory management, or logistics is preferred
  • Valid motorcycle and car driving license (must be able to drive both)
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
  • Ability to organize and track stock efficiently
  • Basic computer skills for inventory updates and record-keeping
