Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Lead team to minimize cost and maximize productivity
• Maintain food quality and presentation
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety
• Manage inventory, food costs and food waste
• Maximize efficiency of kitchen staff
• Schedule production according to forecast
• Bi monthly stock taking

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Minimum 3 years in similar leadership role
• Interpersonal skills to communicate vertically and horizontally
• Ability to spot problems and solve them
• Pc Literacy to maintiain food cost and reports
