Syarat Pekerjaan

Assistant Manager

• Experience: Min. 5 years
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, good problem solving, attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively, flexibility to work varying shifts
• Discipline, patience, energetic, good public speaking

Captain

• Experience: Min. 2 years in F&B service
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and team conflicts
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, ability to lead, motivate and manage teams

Head Bar

• Experience: Min. 2 years in bar
• Skills: Mixing drinks, inventory, and ability to lead the team
• Creative in creating new menus and updated beverage trends

Admin Finance & Accounting

• Experience: Min. 2 years in F&B accounting hospitality or relevant field
• Proficiency in accounting software, ability to analyze financial data and provide insights
• Familiarity with F&B operations, inventory management and cost control
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management

House Keeping

• Experience: Min. 1 year in housekeeping or hospitality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemical, understanding cleanliness and safety protocols
• Energetic, friendly, and communicative
