Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Finance Staff
- Input monitoring entries and maintain financial transaction records
- Ensure the completeteness of payment documents for invoices
- Coordinate with relevant units for the recording of company assets
- Follow up customers invoices, bots current month and arrears
- Make monthly accounts payment reports
- Create an AR reconciliation
CS Exim
- Handle customers enquiries
- Deliver fast and excellent comunication to customer
- Well organized, capable, and practiced in handling complex and multi-faceted tasks
- Problem solving skill
- Establish and maintain relationship with customer
Marketing
- Responsible for all logistic management and import-export licensing
- Seeking new customers and mantain existing customer relationships
- Can fulfill targets for each month
- Negotiate with clients regarding service rates
- Collaborate with other departements to integrate logistics with the export-import business system
- Ensure all import or export process run smoothly
