Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This is a full-time, on-site position for an English Teacher at I CAN READ Jogjakarta. The English Teacher will be responsible for introducing and improving key points, teaching English to students of various levels, and providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. Additionally, the English Teacher will communicate with other teachers and staff to ensure the program’s success.

Responsibility:

Teach in I Can Read English courses:

• Teach reading and comprehension skills
• Teach writing skills
• Teach speaking and listening skills
• Teach phonics skills using our system

Effectively use resources:

• Prepare lessons using pre-prepared materials

Communication:

• Teachers will maintain regular open communication with parents to foster a positive relationship between the family and I CAN READ
• Teachers will communicate with other teachers regarding the needs of individual students

Participation in the day-to-day running of the centre:

• Communicate with the Centre Manager and/or Centre Team Leader regarding matters concerning the centre
• Prepare resources to be used by students in class
• Be actively involved in marketing events
